Frequently Asked Questions

How do online Consultations work?
We use Zoom for our online video consultations. Zoom is an internet software for communication using video and voice calls. You can download Zoom for free on your computer.


Consultation tips:
  • You will receive an email with Zoom details once the consultation is confirmed.
  • Sit in a private, quiet and comfortable place with minimal noise during your consult. (Headphones are handy for a clearer call experience).
  • Ensure you are logged into Zoom 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled consult and your video and microphone works.
  • Your Coach/Counsellor will commence the Zoom video at the time of the session.
How do I make an appointment and make payment?
To make an appointment you may either:
1. Make an appointment online by clicking on the “Make an Appointment” button and follow the prompts
2. Contact us via our contact page or
3. Phone us on 0401 354 087


Once we have received your enquiry we will contact you to follow up and organise your free initial consultation.

After your free initial consultation, you can decide on your preferred service i.e. Coaching or Counselling and book online via our website.

Mindset Coaching & Counselling use PayPal for payment. An invoice will be sent to your preferred email for payment within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. In the event that you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged with the exception of extenuating circumstances.


A request to make payment in instalments for packages may be made and will be considered on an individual case by case basis. Payment plan will be outlined in the service contract prior to commencement.
Are consultations covered by Medicare or Private Health Cover?
Coaching and Counselling consultations are not covered by Medicare or Private Health Cover.
